With over 15 years of career, always on the immigrant’s side, Daniel Joseph Ortiz II (“Dan”), is the driving force behind Daniel Ortiz Law Offices. He has represented over 3,000 clients in immigration courts across the country before the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and in Georgia state courts. He handles a variety of cases including: deportation defense, crime victim visas (“U visas”), family-based petitions, adjustment of status (green card applications), fiancé visa petitions, non-immigrant visas, cancellation of deportation, Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (also known as “DACA”), as well as citizenship cases. He also defends numerous types of criminal cases in the state of Georgia, including driving without a license, DUI and other misdemeanor and felony offenses. In addition in his spare time, “Dan” enjoys listening to great music, playing guitar, traveling the country and the world, and going to the gym.
